Deep in the Heart of Houston.
Some Ideas Don’t Get Sold. Doesn’t Mean They’re Not Worth Seeing. Years back, we were deep in the usual digital assets, campaign support, the everyday hustle with Houston Methodist. Then Jeff and I started talking. Just talking. And this line showed up:
“At the heart of Houston is the DeBakey Heart Center.”
It landed hard. Simple. True. Visually loaded.
We couldn’t shake it, so we didn’t. Jeff sketched something rough. Dan brought it to life. No ask. No brief. No green light. We just made it because it felt too good not to. We sent it to the client. They liked it. But it never ran—no budget, no rollout, no plan to push it forward.
Still, this one stuck with us.
Would’ve made a killer billboard. Honestly? Still would.
